(From GAIG) According to the information issued on Seminar 2008 of Top 500 Corporations in China which was hosted by China Corporation Association and China Enterpriser Association, Guangzhou Automobiles Industry Group (hereinafter referred as “GAIG”) is on the list. It is listed on No.40, advancing 5 seats than last year. Following China FAW Group (No.14), SAIC MOTOR (No.18) and DongFeng Motor (No.20), GAIG becomes the fourth biggest automobile group in China. In the meanwhile, GAIG is also honored as No.14 of Top 500 Manufacturers in China of 2008.
